IP 54 Three Phase Fan Cooling Motor Designed for Industrial Applications

The fundamental concept behind a permanent magnet generator lies in the rotor incorporating permanent magnet materials to produce a steady magnetic field. This magnetic field remains constant as the rotor spins.

When a prime mover, which could be a wind turbine, water turbine, or engine, causes the rotor to turn, the magnetic field created by the permanent magnets rotates accordingly. As this magnetic field moves, it intersects with the conductors located in the stator windings.

Based on the law of electromagnetic induction, the movement of the magnetic field through the stator conductors induces an electromotive force within the stator windings. By connecting an external electrical circuit, the generator can then deliver electrical power to a load.
